when a person say this, they tend to do that,
and when they say that, they tend to do this.

it that what is it supposed to meant?

people makes promises and yet easily breaks one.
then don't make a promise when one cant even keeps it.

then what are promises called if one never kept them?

one shall think how bad the person felt it that happen to one.
